Pastor William Price and his wife Cindy have been serving at West Island since 1990. A graduate of Northeast Christian College, Pastor Price has served as a Bible College Instructor, Youth Pastor, Music Minister and Minister of Evangelism. Prior to coming to West Island he served as Pastor of a church in Atlantic Canada.

 Pastor Price currently serves as the Secretary-Treasurer and Men’s Ministry Director for the United Pentecostal Churches of Quebec as well as serving on the Board of Directors of the United Pentecostal Church of Canada. 

Pastor & Cindy Price have two children.
